What we keep and why
Email and mobile with country code are required. Your contact, area, participation profile, language and any optional details you provide; businesses also provide their name. We record the date and consent version. We use these details to discuss your participation or announce the launch. We do not build automated profiles or sell data.
Your choice
The basis is your consent. There is no consequence to not registering. You may withdraw at any time by writing to hello@ortuma.com; this does not affect earlier processing. We do not send campaigns unrelated to this purpose.
Retention and recipients
Contacts are removed from the active database after 180 days. Restricted-access backups rotate within a further 35 days. We use Hostinger hosting infrastructure. We do not share contacts with restaurants, couriers or advertisers at this stage. We use Resend to send registration confirmations and internal notices to the two authorised management accounts. These emails are not third-party campaigns.
Your rights
Request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability at hello@ortuma.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Cookies and security
The public page uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Private management uses a necessary session cookie. Data travels over HTTPS and contacts are only shown in authenticated management.
